What Happens When You Apply

YouMatter strives to have a personal relationship with every client they interact with.  YouMatter goes for quality not quantity.
Every client is individually interviewed to see if and how YouMatter could help the client.  This accomplishes two main goals: First, it makes sure that YouMatter only helps people who are dedicated to finding a solution. Second, resources are conserved to only the most important needs and furthermore YouMatter doesn’t get into projects that it can’t handle.
So how does a client go about requesting assistance from YouMatter? First, the client gets in touch with YouMatter and lets them know that they are in need of assistance of some sort. Once they have received the request, a coordinator will contact them either by e-mail or by phone.
Once finished with the interview, the coordinator e-mails the board of YouMatter and clarifies the situation. The board operates by consensus and either approves or disapproves the request. Disapproval only happens when it is believed that someone may be requesting assistance without immediate need, lack of funds or when it is believed that other organizations may be able to assist the individual better. Once approved, the case worker makes calls to the pertinent individuals, businesses, or organizations in order to help the client.  Click here if you would like to apply for assistance.

Words of Encouragement:
Luke12:22-31
Do Not Worry
22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[b]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! 29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30 For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31 But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well
